Job Title: Facebook Ads Designer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facebook Ads Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience, with a focus on creating high-impact Facebook static and video ads. Candidates must have exceptional typography skills and the ability to identify brand identity through analysis of websites and social media. You must have the ability to also come up with new ideas based on previous performance of creative results, leading to better results through future improved designs. You will work on over 100 different businesses, always adapting and learning which ads to design for the specific Vertical.
Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Develop and design high-quality, creative advertising material for Facebook campaigns.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all advertisements align with the clients' brand identity, messaging, and marketing goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the analytics team to understand ad performance, using insights to optimize future ad designs.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in Facebook advertising, social media, and digital marketing.
Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from team members and test results to improve ad designs.
Creativity: Think outside the box to develop new ad concepts to test and learn what works and doesn’t. Think of level ideas, not just boring ads.
Research: Conduct industry research through the Facebook Ads Library to find ads that other brands have developed and tested for inspiration for your ad designs.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in designing high-engagement Facebook ads.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Demonstrated skills in video editing.
Strong expertise in typography and visual design principles.
Ability to identify and incorporate brand identity into ad designs.
Fluent in English with superior communication abilities.
Past employment with companies based in the US.
Coachable and receptive to feedback.
Availability and willingness to operate within the Eastern or Central Standard Time timezone.
