Experienced Nurse Recruiter to Head a New Permanent Nurse Staffing Division

MadLab is seeking an experienced Nurse Recruiter to head our new permanent Nurse Staffing division. As a remote team, we offer unlimited freedom and flexibility for our employees to work from anywhere in the United States. Our new division will focus on providing top-quality staffing solutions to hospitals and health care facilities nationwide.

As the ideal candidate for this position, you will be an experienced Nurse Recruiter with a proven track record in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for all aspects of managing our new division, from managing accounts and getting contracts to identifying candidates and overseeing the hiring process.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy for Nurse staffing with an initial focus on contract acquisition.
• Identify and seek out qualified candidates for open positions through various channels, such as job boards and social media.
• Establish a strong network of healthcare professionals through relationship management and networking.
• Act as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Nurse staffing, with a proven track record in successfully identifying and hiring top talent.
• In-depth knowledge of staffing policies and requirements within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working remotely, with the ability to manage a team of dispersed employees.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
