Experienced Interviewer / High-Volume Recruiter (Seasonal)

Experienced Interviewer / High-Volume Recruiter needed for a remote, project-based (seasonal) W2 role. The project is expected to run through January 2024, and if successful, you will have an opportunity to return in June 2024 for the following season.

You will be asked to interview 7+ applicants per day – interview guides are provided.

Who You Are:

• You are an excellent judge of character and highly personable.
• You are computer savvy and learn new software programs easily.
• You don’t mind repetitive work and are extremely detail oriented.
• You are comfortable on video and have a quiet place to work.
• You manage your stress level and remain calm under pressure.

What You Bring:

• At least two years of experience interviewing applicants as part of a hiring process.
• A stable Internet connection and a computer with a camera and microphone.
• A passion for people, excellent conversational skills, and a great sense of humor.
