You may be responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Organizing communication via emails and phone calls
  • Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
  • Providing customer service as the first point of contact
  • Organizing meetings٫ travels and accommodations
  • Managing contact lists and organizing managers’ calendars
  • Tracking and management of expenses
  • Creating and reviewing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records
  • Conducting market research, collecting and analyzing information, and reporting on the results
  • Content creation and management of various social media platforms
  • Preparing presentations
  • Helping employees with their administrative queries
  • Other executive admin responsibilities as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or as a Personal Assistance, preferably with U.S.-based clients
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English and Spanish language
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask with ease and prioritize work as needed
  • Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills
  • Proactive with strong work ethics
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with different tools and cloud-based platforms such as MS Office, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Suite, and common CRM systems
  • Possess own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i5 and above, or equivalent
  • Stable internet connectivity of at least 25mbps
  • Sustained comfortability and efficiency in a work-from-home set-up
