The Role


We're looking for a Events Manager who can help us create memorable experiences for our prospects and customers. You'll work directly with the event lead and several functions across the company to source, plan, and execute live events—both virtual and in-person.


The Events Manager should have a “can do'' attitude and is able to pivot on a dime. This role is exciting as it provides the opportunity to network with some of the world's top executives while traveling around North America. They should have a flexible work life balance as travel is required for the role. They should be incredibly detail oriented and should not be afraid to ask questions as they are learning the role and the industry.

If you're successful
  • You'll use your past experience to strategize, plan and execute owned events that are memorable including dinners, summits, and large scale events
  • You'll work closely with the sales team in supporting them re-engage cold clients and new prospects
  • You’ll follow the existing project management flow to ensure there is clear communication throughout the marketing function and company
  • You’ll budget, track costs and reconcile efficiently
  • You’ll efficiently communicate with the events lead to understand the effectiveness of our events—you'll know the ROI and can help us make decisions on what events to expand and which ones to drop
  • You'll coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and our internal teams
  • You’ll manage logistics for field events, including printing, promotional items, supporting materials, shipping and receiving.
  • You’ll obtain new sponsors for owned events
  • You’ll create slides and presentations that tell the story of our owned events
  • You’ll work closely on brand sponsorships and execute adhering to brand standards
  • You'll learn to speak confidently about the marketing and retail space
