Project Manager - ERP Migration and Implementation

 

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to remotely assist our client with a comprehensive ERP solution migration. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assessing, selecting, and migrating to a new ERP system, while also overseeing the overall project implementation and designing the future solution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Select ERP system for Contract Fencing Business Operations, encompassing Retail POS, Inventory/Stock Management, Customer Management (incl. Marketing Campaigns), Sales Order Management (incl. Contract Jobs), Delivery & Fulfilment, Payments, Bank Reconciliation, Procurement, Supplier Management, E-commerce solution/integration to ERP stock module, Finance, and potential modules like HR, Payroll, Marketing, and CRM.

- Manage integrations with existing systems, including Farm Relief Services CRM/ATS (SW2), Recruitment CRM/ATS (SW2), Soil Sampling CRM (Salesforce), Training CRM (BrightOffice or New CRM potentially), and Turas Nua CRM (Salesforce).

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience in ERP system selection, migration, and implementation.

- Strong project management skills.

- Familiarity with Retail POS, Inventory Management, Customer Management, Sales Order Management, E-commerce solutions, Finance, and potential additional modules (HR, Payroll, Marketing, CRM).

- Ability to seamlessly integrate ERP with various CRM/ATS systems.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
