What your new job can look like

The Erasmus Project Coordinator will manage the continued development and execution of the Erasmus funded project. This role involves coordinating and supporting Project Partners from several institutions and organisations across Europe. It’s a 16 hourse/week Contractor position, working from home (from anywhere in Spain), and with avaliability to travel to Barcelona and to other EU countries when needed.

With the pace of Moodle, no two days will ever be the same! But most days will involve a mix of:

  • Ensure all Project Partners are aware of their deliverables and associated timeframe
  • Regular check ins with each Project Partner to monitor and guide progress
  • Research and write reports on topics related to education in digital world,
  • Build relationships and work closely with our Project Partners from a range of educational institutions and organisations across Europe
  • Monitor and report on Erasmus projects, coordinate meetings Ensure detailed and complete reporting following the Erasmus regulations

Requirements

We'd love to meet you

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, and Catalan is a plus
  • Experience coordinating Erasmus+ funded projects with the National Agency in Spain
  • Knowledge and experience in managing budgets for Erasmus+ funded projects
  • Experience working with Erasmus+ portals and SEPIE tools
  • Experience in education at any level
  • Good knowledge of digital tools for management and coordination
