Engineering Manager

Our team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster professional growth and high-performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, set priorities, and ensure successful project delivery
• Apply Agile principles to lead the team in iterative development, continuous improvement, and efficient execution of projects
• Contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation to align engineering efforts with company objectives
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance team productivity and product quality

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year in a management or leadership role
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with an international team
• Previous experience working in a startup or innovation driven environment
• Proven experience in delivering software solutions using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and iterative product releases

Nice to have

• Experience in product and project management for HR systems (HRMS), payment systems, or marketing technology (Martech).
