We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to oversee and guide our talented team of engineers, ensuring efficient project execution and promoting a culture of innovation, and collaboration. This role combines leadership and technical expertise to drive excellence in engineering practices and contribute to the overall success of Rewaa.

What you'll do

• Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Coordinate and oversee the team’s engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to align engineering projects with broader company goals.

• Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new engineering team members.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and development opportunities.

• Facilitate team meetings and ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments.

• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and technology.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience of 1-3 years of managing teams in an engineering role with some leadership responsibilities.

• Strong technical background in NodeJs, Angular, AWS Cloud Services, Google Cloud, NoSQL and relational databases etc.

• Excellent project management skills and experience.

• Ability to lead and motivate a team of technical professionals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
