The Email Portfolio Lead, Director – Retail/CPG role, reporting to the SVP, Messaging Delivery Lead, provides guidance leading digital marketing delivery teams, identifies or clarifies challenges, and makes recommendations to resolve challenges. You will lead daily program operations for a portfolio of accounts within the Retail/CPG department, including project scope, deliverables, resource and capacity planning, and client and project profitability. You will work with the discipline leads to assess quality control checks and process improvements. You will also manage the digital execution and be the main escalation point for all programs in their portfolio. You will have managerial responsibilities leading direct reports. Success is measured through client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, continued improvement to process, project effectiveness, and profitability indicators.
This is a remote role. Average 10%-30% travel (contingent on comfort level of client)
Responsibilities:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
