We are seeking Senior Sales Contractors, with former experience/ retired from the US Education sector from roles including school teacher, superintendent, head of school, principal or other key decision-making roles. Our aim is to achieve rapid growth in B2B sales, targeting K-12 schools across the US. A strong network with Charter & Private schools as well as already working as an independent BD/ sales contractor is a key requirement for the role.
Responsibilities & expectations
- Leverage your personal/ professional network to book meetings with school decision makers
- Book first meetings within first days/ weeks of your engagement with NXTLVL
- Deliver ~5-10 school contracts in the first ~6 months of engagement
Key criteria
- Retiree/ former work experience in Education in roles including school teacher, superintendent, head of school, principal or other key decision-making school roles
- Active as an independent sales contractor, through your own company, with proven track record of selling curricular services to schools in the US
- A strong network with Charter & Private Schools along with excellent networking and negotiation skills
Compensation
- Monthly retainer
- Commission: Exceptionally high commission rates, above market standards, off a very high ACV
- Flexible terms of engagement: Full-time || Part-time || Light touch. Depending on candidate profile & appetite
- Potential for short-/mid-/long-term collaboration
