As a Meta Game Designer at Hypemasters, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing player engagement, progression, and long-term enjoyment. Collaborating with our innovative team, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement meta-game systems that redefine how players interact with our RTS games.

Requirements

• Collaborate closely with the team to design and implement meta-game systems that enrich player experiences within the RTS genre.
• Develop creative and engaging meta-game mechanics that encourage strategic decision-making, retention, and progression.
• Utilise strong mathematical abilities to design meta-features that enhance player engagement and strategically drive monetisation efforts.
• Innovate and brainstorm ideas to enhance player monetisation, finding ways to integrate monetisation elements seamlessly.
• Create comprehensive design documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and guidelines, to effectively communicate complex meta-game concepts to the broader team.
• Analyse player behaviour and feedback, utilising data-driven insights to iterate on existing meta-game systems and introduce new features that elevate player engagement and monetization potential.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a game designer, with a primary focus on designing meta-game systems.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing successful meta-game systems.
• Demonstrated 4X strategy games experience
• Deep understanding of engagement strategies, retention mechanics, and monetisation techniques.
• Strong mathematical skills to design and balance meta-features.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make design decisions informed by data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
