E-commerce Specialist / Digital Marketing Specialist

Sales Kiwi is a leading staffing and recruiting company that's looking for a highly motivated and dynamic E-commerce Specialist/ Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this remote position, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's online presence and expanding its reach via digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with a keen eye for detail and experience in setting up, managing, and executing successful e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns.

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Conceptualize, design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence on different platforms
• Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company's website
• Maintain and optimize the website's content, design, and architecture to improve search engine rankings
• Establish and manage relationships with online sales channels and e-commerce partners
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve digital marketing campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with emerging online marketing trends, tools, and technologies and present creative solutions to improve the company's online presence
• Set up, maintain, and manage the e-commerce site
• Set up conversion points and optimize user funnels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related fields
• Proficient in web analytics, SEO, SEM, and PPC
• Knowledge of email marketing and social media management
• Demonstrable experience using data-driven approaches to improve online marketing performance
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-starter who is motivated to work independently
• Relevant industry certifications and experience working in remote teams are highly desirable.
• Experience in creating, setting up and managing e-commerce sites
• Experience in dropshipping is a plus
