E-Commerce Manager

We Are Eves is looking for an amazing Ecom Manager to help us scale our platform to the next level.

Here’s how this role will have an impact:

As our Ecom manager, you will impact the growth of our international Ecom organization. As we scale at a rapid pace across countries, we are looking for a high-energy, driven professional with sound business acumen, strategic Ecom thinking and detailed knowhow for execution This position reports to the COO directly.

 

About the Role:

As an E-Commerce Manager at WeAreEves.com, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our online platform. We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with a strong blend of operational expertise and strategic thinking to elevate our online presence, optimize customer journeys, and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy in alignment with company goals, by working together with our cross-functional teams. Identify opportunities for growth, market expansion, competitive positioning and revenue enhancement.
  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce deliverables on WeAreEves platform to ensure an efficient operation is delivered across the end-to-end value chain.
  • Lead the continuous enhancement of the website's user experience, ensuring it is intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for conversion. Regularly monitor site performance and implement improvements.
  • Work closely with partner brands and internal teams to manage partner presentment, product assortment and availability. Identify trends and market demands to curate an appealing product lineup.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key e-commerce metrics, generating insights to inform decision-making and improve revenue performance.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of e-commerce experience, preferably within marketplaces, tech scale-ups or fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle industry. Marketplace experience preferable but not required.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing e-commerce operations, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.

We are open for Remote working in combination with Amsterdam office meetings. If you would rather live and work from our Amsterdam office that’s obviously fine as well.
