What are we looking for?
Levridge, is looking for a highly motivated, honest, and passionate person who wants to join our team as a Developer in Support. We're creating industry-shaping IP to help agriculture businesses take advantage of the robust infrastructure that Microsoft Dynamics provides.
A Day in the Life
Write clean, scalable code using X++ programming languages.Modifying or creating forms, SSRS reports, tables, or custom logic in X++ according to requirements within the time allotted by the estimates provided.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues through testing and bug fixes within Dynamics 365 environments.Working with functional consultants and product managers to understand features and relay accurately and effectively what changes have been made.Relaying status updates as needed to project managers and other team members.Unit and regression testing of customizations and product features.When needed, build modifications for clients according to the designs.Write blogs on topics to contribute to the Levridge blog.Explain technical features to functional team members.Represent Levridge by communicating with clients regarding D365 F&SCM technical support cases via telephone, electric correspondence, and in person. Triage client issues and scope time and resources required to provide solutions.Solve client technical support issues through utilization of product knowledge, business acumen and technical expertise. Log and properly track support cases in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Collaborate with resources from other teams/groups as needed to resolve client issues. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science or related field, or at least 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM (and/or previous versions) development experience.2+ year of programming in X++ and proven experience of building, deployment, and migration of F&O solutions in development, test, pre-production, and production environments. 4+ years of experience with .NET, SQL, JavaScript, and C#, visual studio.Ability to write maintainable and testable code.Experience with SQL Server / SSIS / SSRS.Experience and knowledge of Azure DevOps. Proven experience with unit testing.Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.Comfortable and confident in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with Levridge teams and Clients.Ability to work in a team environment and independently. Relevant Microsoft Certifications and/or working on obtaining relevant MS development certifications.Health and Wellness

Compensation
Our philosophy is to provide compensation that is Competitive, Equitable, and Driven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.
US (USD): $75,000 - $110,000
