You will have the opportunity to serve as a strategic HR business partner to our leadership team.

Your work will include:

  • Strategic People Partnering: Take charge of recruitment and HR tasks for our exceptional team, aiding in various people initiatives from hiring and onboarding to performance management, payroll, and benefits, alongside regular business support.
  • Talent Acquisition: Proactively lead the search for both technical and non-technical positions, employing innovative methods to source, evaluate, and close candidates who are passionate about our mission.
  • Programmatic Innovation: Spearhead innovations in people strategies, technology, and programs to accommodate our expanding team.
  • Data-Driven HR and Talent Systems Development: Implement strict operational practices and key performance indicators for the HR and Talent function, regularly reporting progress and identifying opportunities, while emphasizing a data-centric method in all activities.

You will be a member of a diverse, intellectually curious and supportive team.

You'll serve as:

  • Partner to CEO and Leadership Team:
    • Provide strategic advice, insights, and recommendations on HR practices and policies to match the company's goals.
    • Offer data-backed analyses and perspectives on workforce dynamics and organizational structure to assist in decision-making.
    • Help the executive team deal with complex employee relations issues in a way that aligns with the company's vision and values.
    • Work with the executive team to help define and build the company’s culture to drive performance, attract and retain top talent
  • First Line of Defense and Contact to Employee Base:
    • Act as the main contact for employees, providing support on all People and HR-related topics.
    • Implement proactive strategies to identify and resolve workplace issues, promoting a positive work environment.
    • Keep communication between workers and management open, making sure employee input is listened to and acted on.
  • First Face and Brand of the Company in Hiring and Recruiting:
    • Represent the company's culture and values to potential hires, making a strong first impression that attracts top talent.
    • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand that highlights the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
    • Lead the recruitment process with a strategic approach, ensuring that each interaction reflects the company's commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

You might be the candidate we're looking for.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in People Operations and/ Talent Acquisition at high-growth companies 
  • Experience and excitement in working with a distributed team 
  • Capability to drive people strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, learning, and development, compensation and total rewards along with diverse HR programs 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box to find solutions

Base Compensation: $160-170k + bonus, equity package
