Job Description:

As the Director of User Experience (UX), you will be at the forefront of shaping and optimizing user interactions within our website, app, and new feature releases. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless, high-converting, and highly adopted user experience that aligns with our business goals and enhances overall customer satisfaction. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be the driving force behind refining and iterating onboarding flows and user interfaces, focusing on both usability and aesthetics to deliver a world-class user experience.

Responsibilities:

• UX Strategy and Vision: Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy, aligned with business objectives, to continuously improve user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
• Onboarding Flows: Design, test, and optimize onboarding flows for our website, app, and new feature launches to maximize user adoption and minimize churn.
• UI Oversight: Lead the design and development of all user interface changes, ensuring they align with UX best practices and are intuitive for our target audience.
• User Research: Conduct user research, usability tests, and gather customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in our digital products.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics and user behavior metrics to make informed decisions, identify trends, and prioritize areas for UX enhancements.
• Collaborative Approach: Work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and content creators to deliver seamless user experiences and advocate for user-centric design.
• UX Team Leadership: Manage a team of UX professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence in user experience design.
• Industry Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in UX design and apply them to our products and processes.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of at least 5 years in UX design and strategy, with demonstrated success in improving user engagement and conversion rates. Specifically in SaaS.
• Experience in leading and managing a UX team to deliver exceptional results.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, as well as design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to inform UX decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for innovation, creativity, and a customer-first approach.
