We’re seeking a strategic and mission-driven Director of Technical Recruiting to continually drive our meteoric growth. This is a player/coach role where you will be responsible for managing a small team of technical recruiters as well as sourcing and hiring exceptional engineering, data, and product talent for Garner. As the crucial first impression for thousands of candidates, delivering a stellar candidate experience throughout is always top of mind. Working with the Head of Talent, you will also partner together to analyze and optimize processes and ensure we’re constantly improving how we hire. The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $165,000 annually. This position is also bonus eligible. Compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
