JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Lead (coach, mentor, guide, and train) a team of senior salespeople
•Ensure standards are met and continually improved on across major milestones like Discovery, Value Alignment, Demonstrations, Sequence of Events, Presentations, Quotes/Proposals, Pricing and Contracting.
•Extend the value achieved from the company investment in our “Sales Stack” which currently includes SFDC CRM, Clari, Gong, and more.
•Ensure 100% management of pipeline and prospects, metrics, and business opportunities in Salesforce and other sales systems as required.
•Achieve assigned revenue bookings objectives- monthly, quarterly, and annually.
•Lead the team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual team targets by generating a sales pipeline, accelerating active opportunities, and driving to close.
•Accurately forecast committed and best-case opportunities and lead and manage to achieve committed dates.
•Work closely with Marketing and Business development teams and develop demand creation campaigns in support of selling efforts.
•Collect market/client information and provide feedback to sales leadership, product, and marketing.
•Support your sales executive’s development in critical areas like effective communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and time management.
•Develop and maintain a set of metrics to track progress and success of the team.
•Report on monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and deliver competitive business insights, trends and analysis to drive ongoing performance improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Degree- strongly preferred
•10+ years of SaaS sales experience selling SaaS/subscription-based software solutions in a major account model.
•5+ years in a SaaS sales management with teams of five to ten sellers with proven quota achievement excellence
•Sales in the financial services/banking industry preferred
•Proven track record of building and managing professional sales teams in a high performing, rapidly growing environment
•Ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams
•Ability to hire, ramp, lead and motivate sales teams around high performance
•Experience using Salesforce and other sales tools for prospecting, forecasting, and reporting
•Demonstrated proficiency with sequential, discovery-based/value aligned sales methodologies
•Refined ability to quantify value and deliver that back to prospects as a business case
•Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills
•Excellent creative and strategic thinking to provide solutions to prospective clients
•Executive level verbal and written communications skills
•Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Base salary range of $100,000-200,000 with commission potential. [It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.] The actual salary will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law including geographical location.
