Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will be focused on expanding upon our team, systems and services offered.

This role requires a dynamic and proactive individual who can contribute to ConvertKit's mission of helping creators earn a living. If you are passionate about driving success externally, we invite you to join our team.

Drive growth via strong partnerships with Brand, Marketing, and Customer Experience. Maintain a managerial relationship while collaborating with other managers and directors at ConvertKit.

  • Revenue contribution: You will be responsible for driving a large portion of our new customer revenue through our subscription business, sponsorship, and network revenue streams.
  • Partnership impact: Measure the impact of cross-selling efforts and partnerships with other platforms, integration companies, and creator-focused agencies.
  • Sales team performance: Build a playbook around team member best practices. Monitor performance through vendors such as Gong.io and Hubstpot.

Requirements

  • Leadership through action: A track record of leading from the front. You will be responsible for establishing and directing your team’s strategic direction, as well as actively participating in deal sourcing.
  • Experience scaling teams: Managed a team of at least six people and scaled the team and its operations to achieve greater levels of success for the business.
  • Creator community fluency: Fluent in the creator community with the ability to connect with top creators on a peer-to-peer level.
  • Network building: Demonstrated success in building and leveraging networks within the creator and SaaS communities.
  • Delivering aligned results: Experienced in managing team members in a strengths-based way. You know how to direct each person's unique skills and abilities towards the highest leverage work.
