Responsibilities:

As the Director of Product, you will play a key role in deepening our understanding of our business, users, and customer journey. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product design and implementation, leading cross-functional teams, driving successful product launches, and making informed product decisions. Additionally, you will contribute to setting the strategic direction of our product line and collaborate with various teams to share insights and results.

Specifically, you will:

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Lead the product development process, anticipate challenges, and ensure that any issues are promptly resolved
• Oversee product launches and feature rollouts, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to develop innovative product solutions
• Design and ensure the implementation of techniques to maintain platform security and scalability
• Conduct market research to inform product roadmap and market positioning
• Engage with key customers to understand their needs and use cases and ensure these are reflected in product developments

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrable understanding of AI and machine learning technologies
• Experience in building and leading teams to deliver successful SaaS products
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• A keen eye for detail without losing sight of the big picture
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

• Master's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
