Your mission π
We are seeking a Director of Engineering to help us create the first AI-native product that delivers unique insights into sales reps' relationships with their customers. If you're eager to shape both our company culture and the product experience, read on.

Your responsibilities π- Lead the platform team's direction and execution, ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and high standards of code quality across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and product management to create roadmaps and achieve success criteria.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Act as a liaison between engineering and other functional areas, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Serve as a force multiplier for engineering by removing roadblocks, implementing process improvements, providing actionable feedback, and promoting practices for ideation and innovation.

- Has proven experience as a technology leader with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Is up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and technology adoption.
- Has a minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong affinity for early-stage companies.
- Has a solid background in distributed systems and large-scale data products.
- Is proactive in identifying problems and opportunities and generating creative solutions.
- Is effective in planning engineering projects with ambitious timelines and advocating for efficient solutions to achieve them.
- Understands the importance of celebrating accomplishments as well as continuously seeking improvement.

$250,000 - $280,000 a year
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for roles based on function and level, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Our job titles may span more than one career level. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, degree level, and location.
