Your mission 🚀

We are seeking a Director of Engineering to help us create the first AI-native product that delivers unique insights into sales reps' relationships with their customers. If you're eager to shape both our company culture and the product experience, read on.

• Lead the platform team's direction and execution, ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and high standards of code quality across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership and product management to create roadmaps and achieve success criteria.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Act as a liaison between engineering and other functional areas, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Serve as a force multiplier for engineering by removing roadblocks, implementing process improvements, providing actionable feedback, and promoting practices for ideation and innovation.

• Has proven experience as a technology leader with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of software development processes and technologies.
• Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Is up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and technology adoption.
• Has a minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development, with a strong affinity for early-stage companies.
• Has a solid background in distributed systems and large-scale data products.
• Is proactive in identifying problems and opportunities and generating creative solutions.
• Is effective in planning engineering projects with ambitious timelines and advocating for efficient solutions to achieve them.
• Understands the importance of celebrating accomplishments as well as continuously seeking improvement.
