    • Holistic Strategy: Champion a comprehensive approach that not only emphasizes Conversion Rate (CVR) but also magnifies Revenue Per Visitor (RPV) through strategic enhancements in upsells, cross-sells, and overall purchase value.
    • Collaborative Efforts: Partner intimately with acquisition teams, employing your team's findings to refine the user experience and sales funnel. The goal? Ensuring the pinnacle of efficiency in our quest for new customer acquisition.
  2. Lead UX Strategy & Design:
    • Craft and enforce UX strategies that both resonate with Freebird’s business goals and amplify RPV and AOV.

  3. Data-Driven Insights:
    • Harness web data analytics to generate actionable insights for superior customer acquisition, retention, and overall purchase value.
    • Consistently gauge website performance KPIs, aligning optimization strategies with overarching business growth objectives.
  4. Team Leadership & Management:
    • Direct and nurture a proficient eCommerce and optimization team, instilling a culture of innovation and expedited execution.
    • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-departmental teams to align the site with the broader company vision and objectives.
  5. Ownership of eCommerce Platform:
    • Assure the platform's robustness and adaptability, positioning it for international expansion and cutting-edge technological integrations.
    • Remain updated with emerging eCommerce trends, integrating best practices to ensure Freebird remains at the industry’s forefront.

Requirements
