As the main architect for the People Team’s platforms, processes and systems you will drive operational excellence and process optimization to ensure a seamless employee experience. The main objective for this role is to drive efficient, scaled HR operations, reduced complexity and provide the HR team the tools, systems and infrastructure to support our employees. This includes managing our HRIS, data systems, and managing global processes related to employee lifecycle (onboarding-offboarding).

Job Responsibilities:

HR Systems & Technology:

  • Oversee and manage the HR tech stack including Bob (HRIS), LMS (Mindtickle), and others to drive automation, streamline HR processes, and ensure data integrity. Play a key role in reducing manual and one-off processes and look to develop automated solutions within the HR technology suite
  • Deep expertise creating system solutions areas covering Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking
  • Partner with cross functional teams and end-users to translate business needs into requirements and recommend appropriate system configurations, integrations, and workflows
  • Partner with IT to develop system integrations, execute testing and provide end-user training
  • Collaborate with local HR partners to manage employee self-service communication channels to ensure all relevant information regarding policies, benefits, is up-to-date and easily accessible on intranet and Wiki pages

Global Process and Best Practices Development:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for implementing and administering HR processes and transactions globally
  • Establish and manage a global framework and best practices for HR operations, practices, and service delivery across all aspects of the employee lifecycle to ensure a consistent employee experience across a globally distributed employee population
  • Partner with local HR teams to deploy these global processes, practices and programs locally
  • Establish a global process to track and manage work visas in our HRIS, in order to pull automated reports, and set automated reminders
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and local HR teams to gather inputs to develop global policies

Operations & Compliance:

  • Collaborate with local HR teams to gather local compliance requirements and provide framework for tracking to ensure compliance with international, federal, state, and local legal requirements
  • Manage HR operations calendar globally to determine HR team resourcing for projects and initiatives that require support for employees and leaders
  • Lead standard audits required by SOX and those related to annual benefits compliance processes, such as 401k

Skills and Experience:

  • 8+ years of knowledge or experience within HRIS, ideally, (but not exclusively or required) with HiBob, ADP but, but other HRIS systems are qualifying as well.
  • 4+ years leading a team of HR Analysts and/or global teams.
  • Ability to handle cross-functional projects and initiatives across multiple time zones
  • Experience with time and attendance software would be a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience with troubleshooting data integrations.
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication, and follow-up skills
  • General understanding of database relationships
  • Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive solutions
  • Excellent attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset and high-level of accuracy
  • Ability to relate to, influence and collaborate with employees at all levels in the organization
  • Strong computer proficiency, specifically in Excel (experience creating pivot tables, using v-lookups and filters/sorting, knowledge of formulas

Salary Range:

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $116,000 and $136,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
