Director, FP&A

The Director FP&A is a strategic business partner who will lead and scale our FP&A function across the entire organization. Responsible for developing the operating and financial plan required to achieve management’s strategic plan. Support the VP, FPA and business unit leadership in developing the long-term and short-term financial goals for WelbeHealth. The Director, FP&A facilitates collaborative relationships across WelbeHealth and with external stakeholders to promote the WelbeHealth values, team culture and mission.
Essential Job Duties
- Lead the department responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting and actuals vs. budget/forecast reporting and analysis.
- Maintain all financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement new controls and improve existing processes to help the company scale nationally.
- Create, evaluate, and upgrade existing FP&A policies.
- Lead a diverse team, across multiple markets.
- Build and run controls.
- Provide overall leadership to the FP&A team and support VP, FP&A.
- Partner with Accounting to provide analytical support to the VP, FP&A regarding financial results and trends.
- Support and lead key initiatives of the Finance/Accounting organization and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives for the Company using a service-oriented approach.
- Manage direct reports including hiring, training, supervising, and mentoring.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- MBA and CPA/CFA preferred.
- 2+ years’ supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to see, and model current and future states.
- Proven experience in scaling companies, driving change, and supporting growing teams within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Effective and persuasive in leading change, applying business acumen, company values, while demonstrating the emotional intelligence that inspires others.
- Builds collaborative relationships across various partners and influences senior stakeholders.
- Must demonstrate a deep familiarity with financial accounting, modeling, and analysis.
- Must be an analytical thinker that will drive qualitative and quantitative analysis for strategic business issues.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to lead change and drive execution.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills in settings with seniors, their families and interdisciplinary team members.
- Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports and data to prioritize and manage people and projects.

Salary/Wage base range for this role starts at $145,000.00 $170,000 DOE + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
