OVERVIEW
At Automox, we solve problems. We are looking for an exceptional Digital Success Manager who is Customer Obsessed, has a solid technical aptitude, and wants to join the Customer Experience Team tasked with ensuring every interaction with Automox ends with a happy customer. As the first Program Success Manager at Automox you will enjoy the benefits of helping build out how we engage, provide value, nurture and communicate with thousands of customers that fall in our digital segment. This role requires innovation, commitment, creativity, and a willingness to lean in to identify and solve customer problems. This exciting, cutting-edge position will be an integral part of the greater Digital Customer Experience.



WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Creating and delivering compelling content via webinars, office hours, email programs and more
  • Hosting live trainings via webinars, office hours, and more
  • Proactively managing risk by identifying behaviors and trends and provide mitigation via solutions
  • Documenting both new and improved processes  
  • Providing and leveraging performance metrics to optimize outcomes of each program 
  • Responding to customer inquiries with meaningful resources in a timely manner
  • Communicating valuable customer feedback in succinct ways to product and engineering teams 
  • Collaborating with our CSM teams to ensure each customer’s journey is managed efficiently
  • Advocate customer technical needs and opportunities cross-departmentally.
  • Maintain deep technical competence on the platform
  • Facilitate integration of Automox into the overall workflow within our customers’ operations


  • WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Strong technical skills 
  • 3+ years managing customers in a one-to-many environment
  • Strong multi-tasker
  • Deep knowledge of the Automox platform and recommended Best Practices
  • Clear communication skills 
  • Desire to make a positive customer impact
  • Experience and comfort with the following tools: Gainsight, Zendesk, Zoom, Salesforce, Google products 
  • Reliable, self-starting mentality
  • This position will be accepting applications from 4/12-4/19.

    We are a fully distributed company and have remote workers throughout the United States.
