What is this job about?

In this position, we are looking for a skilled UX/UI Designer who focuses on end-user ease of use and functionality of the application. The UX/UI designer will work with designers and trend analysts to develop applications that reach as many users as possible.

To be successful as a UX/UI designer you must have skills in Frontend development as well as a good knowledge of new tools and trends in the industry. You will work closely with the Software Engineering and Product departments to design experiences and interfaces based on requirements and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring that the end product meets the minimum quality standards, and is fully functional and user-friendly.

What you’ll be doing?

• Create user-friendly applications for elderly people and their caregivers;

• Work with designers and engineers to brainstorm application ideas;

• Reflect on data to analyze trends;

• Create test models to gauge user enjoyment;

• Having fun!

What do we look for in you?

• A bachelor of arts degree in design or equivalent;

• Proficiency with design software Figma;

• Excellent communication skills;

• The ability to interpret analytics and business requirements and implement changes to applications as needed;

• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement;

• Ability to work independently or with a group.
