Our client, a marketing consultancy specializing in the health and wellness sector, is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is centered around crafting engaging social media content, developing effective ad and website copy, and leveraging innovative strategies to drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of working independently, and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM CST
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Content Curation and Creation: Curate and create content that engages audiences, tells a compelling brand story, and drives interaction on all major social media platforms.
Copywriting for Engagement: Write captivating social media posts, ad copy, and website content that engages and converts, tailoring the tone and message for each platform.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes to adapt content strategies for maximum visibility and engagement.
Automation Tool Proficiency: Utilize social media automation tools to schedule content effectively and analyze performance.
Visual Content Creation: Use Canva to create visually appealing graphics to accompany social media posts and marketing materials.
Autonomy: Work independently, proactively identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
Proficiency with Email Marketing: While not a requirement, proficiency in crafting engaging emails, designing strategic email flows, and utilizing email sending platforms will be considered a significant asset, enhancing the overall digital marketing strategy.

Strategic Impact: Implementing social media strategies that significantly enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Content Excellence: Producing and curating content that resonates with the target audience, leading to higher engagement rates and social media traction.
Copywriting Mastery: Crafting compelling copy across platforms that increases conversion rates, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.
Qualifications:
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Experience with social media automation tools and Canva.
Knowledge of sales funnels and email marketing strategies is a huge plus.
Excellent command of English and data-driven analytical skills.
Ability to work in Central Time zone.
B2C experience required; B2B experience is a plus.
