Responsibilities:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at F45 Training, you will…
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, incorporating owned channels (website and email) and digital PR, aligned with the overall marketing objectives. Deliver Best Practices to the franchise network on SEO, including GMB Optimizations and Location Marketing.
- Content Management: Oversee the creation and dissemination of content across multiple websites, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing strategies.
- SEO Optimization: Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our digital properties, including driving localization strategies with the franchise network.
- Email Marketing: Manage email marketing initiatives, focusing on effective segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis.
- Digital PR: Lead digital PR strategies, online media relations, and content collaborations to boost brand reputation and presence.
- Collaboration with Marketing, PR, Brand, and Tech Teams: Work closely with these teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to technical SEO, digital marketing, and PR campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives and digital PR campaigns, providing actionable insights and ROI reports.
- Market Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, integrating innovative approaches into our marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on owned channels and digital PR.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing and content strategies.
- Expert knowledge of SEO, content management, email marketing, and digital PR tactics.
- Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
