Due to continued growth and investment, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our London based team.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Cloud/DevOps technologies, with deep technical expertise gained from hands-on Cloud and DevOps roles.

The successful candidate will lead Cloud and DevOps Engineering engagements projects and teams in areas such as infrastructure-as-code, landing zones, container orchestration, CI/CD, SRE and microservice platforms.

Key skills / experience:

·       A strong understanding of the core principles of DevOps and how these can most effectively be adopted by organisations

·       Experience architecting and implementing secure and scalable Cloud platforms to support industry best-practice trends such as containerized workloads and microservice architectures

·       5+ years Experience and excellent grasp of cloud solutions using one or more of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and best practices including regulatory and security considerations

·       Experience with the application development lifecycle and best practices involving source code management, application build, test and deployment

·       5+ years hands-on experience architecting DevOps solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation/orchestration processes (using Jenkins, GitLab, Teamcity or other managed/self-hosted solutions)

·       Good networking knowledge (VPC, DNS, LB,, gateways)

·       Cloud security experience (IAM, Security Groups & NACLs, certificate & key management).

·       5+ years of configuration management tools such as Ansible or Puppet

·       5+ years of Infrastructure-as-Code experience using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation

·       5+ years of scripting/configuration-as-code experience such as Python, Ansible, Groovy, Bash and/or Powershell

·       Strong ability to provide thought-through, clearly articulated, pragmatic solutions and recommendations to complex business problems

·       Ability to collaborate and influence across both technical and non-technical stakeholders, resources, and teams

·       Excellent technical communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex/technical issues to non-technical audiences

Key responsibilities:

·       Delivery of effective Cloud and DevOps projects to Ten10 customers
