DevOps Engineer

Divelement Web Services, an information technology and services development agency headquartered in Austin, TX, and Monterrey, MX, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its growing team. The successful candidate will help to build and manage the infrastructure that powers our products and services, from our websites and applications to our cloud-based computing resources. As a leader in digital solutions using the latest technology, Divelement is seeking an experienced and innovative DevOps Engineer who can automate processes, streamline deployment, and optimize performance for our clients.

• Develop, implement, and manage continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Optimize cloud-based infrastructure for both cost and performance
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure consistent and efficient workflows
• Maintain and improve security posture of system components and policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a DevOps or equivalent role
• Cloud computing experience (AWS or GCP preferred)
• Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python or Bash preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

This is a contractor position, paid hourly with the option of becoming a employee after 3 months fully on the payroll with benefits.
