Our client is a fast-expanding D2C company dedicated to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) solutions, catering to customers across the United States.
Position Overview:
Stepping into the role of a Design Assistant, you will be instrumental in molding our client's brand visual language, ensuring their marketing materials strike a chord with their core audience. Your primary responsibilities will include curating designs for email campaigns, ad visuals, and paid promotions. Should you have the expertise in editing user-generated content (UGC) videos, it's a definite advantage for this role.
This position is fully remote, with a flexible work structure totaling 40 hours each week.
Key Responsibilities:
Email and Paid Ads Creation: Partner with the marketing division to fashion visually captivating email campaigns and paid ads.
Graphic Design: Craft alluring graphics, images, and banners tailored for various online marketing platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone and look.
Creative Content Creation: Ideate and produce striking visual content that aligns with our audience's preferences. This could encompass infographics, social media illustrations, and website imagery.
UGC Video Editing (Optional): If equipped with video editing capabilities, refine user-generated content videos to mirror our brand's persona.
Team Collaboration: Engage actively with diverse teams, such as marketing, content, and product, to confirm creative elements align with overarching marketing agendas and product objectives.
Quality Oversight: Uphold stringent design excellence and uniformity standards throughout all marketing initiatives. Undertake exhaustive reviews and make amendments when necessary.
Qualifications:
Background in graphic design, ideally within a marketing or online retail setting.
Mastery of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Robust creative thought process coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Grasp of online marketing tenets and the knack to design content that spurs engagement.
Stellar communication prowess with a collaborative spirit.
Video editing acumen (desired but not mandatory).
Prior experience in ad design.
Ability to adjust work schedules based on project timelines.
An essential portfolio reflecting your past design endeavors.
