About the role:
As our Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our multi-channel lead generation efforts via email, paid, search, organic, and social media. We want to welcome in someone who is comfortable risk-taking, diving into ideas, and finding the most effective ways to generate leads.
What you'll be doing:
Create and implement demand generation strategies across multiple channels
Set the foundation and build-out the go-forward demand generation strategy and best practices
Build and manage KPIs dashboard towards efficient funnel building
Leverage data to analyze, communicate and present actionable ROI insights
Engage and understand buyer personas, tailoring strategies for effective reach and conversion
Create, oversee, execute and optimize projects and experiments that explore multi-channel campaigns driving awareness, leads, pipeline, and revenue
Join the team if you:
Show proven experience in B2B SaaS demand generation for more than 3 years now
Share comprehensive understanding of demand generation channels and their nuances
Bring strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
Have experienced risk-taking decisions and rapid experimentation
And your buyer personas understanding pairs well with tailored strategies for each
Have the ability to develop and work with demand generation formulas on multi-channels
Are comfortable with a fast-paced start-up environment, working independently and taking initiative

You know your way around without a dedicated content/design person
You're acing analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.) or database/SQL queries
Savvy with AI powered tools and already established ones like: Segment/Amplitude/HubSpot/Lemlist/Zapier/Hunter.io/Outreach.io/Reply.io/Snov.io/Clearbit
