Data Scientist/Analyst

On behalf of our client, a new growth equity/growth buyout fund centered on the lower mid-market software space, with focus on supporting founder-led, bootstrapped businesses in vertical software, as well as unique areas in security, finance, sales, marketing, and applied AI, we are on the lookout for a Data Scientist (fully remote) to work on their exciting projects. 

A day in the life of a Data Scientist

You will help in developing the company's internal sourcing and ERP tool. You will also be responsible for providing support to help the partners of the fund analyze markets and sectors and also provide data services on a project basis to portfolio companies.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist/Analyst
• Proficient in Python
• Proficient in SQL
• Postgres / experience with Vector Databases
• Experience consuming REST web services
• Experience with interfacing with LLMs / OpenAI 
• Hands on experience with Streamlit (Nice to have)
• Data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
