We are seeking a highly motivated Data Quality Manager – Salesforce Certified (m/w/d) to join our team at ProGlove, a leading provider of wearable technology solutions.         

Your mission 
As Data Quality Manager, you will closely work with our sales department and all sales supporting functions  and you will report directly to our Team Lead Sales Operations. We’re dedicated to find someone who is passionate about data and the power of it.

Your day-to-day will also consist of mainly these topics:           

• Develop Salesforce organization, creating process automation.
• Build custom integrations with internal and external systems ( e.g. SAP and Hubspot)
• Suggest solutions based on user requirements
• User support on data issues and debug logs
• Manage data and duplication management
• Build dashboards and standardize reporting for all Salesforce users
• Support automation and standardization to be able to scale all functions
• Share, use and implement Salesforce best practices

As our ideal candidate for this role, you come with the following skills and competencies: 

• Plus 2 years of experience
• Salesforce certifications must have: Advance Administration
• Salesforce certifications plus: Platform Developer 1
• Experience in flows and opportunities split and overlays
• Role mapping and data loader activities
• Experience in sales process in technical implications
• Experience in service cloud and case managements
• Batch process and bulk data load
• Experience in flows and platform events
• Solution oriented and problem solving
• Nice to have: Experience in reports and dashboards and validation of tableau’s reports in salesforce

The job location is Chicago or Munich, but can be anywhere on the East Coast or in Germany.

The annual salary for this position is between 60.000 € and 70.000 €OTE (including 10% company bonus).
