About the role:

With our product Scan & Capture we automate vendor bill entry for our customers. It is an add-on to the NetSuite ERP system. Our customers email PDF vendor bills to the application. We use an application called Abbyy Flexicapture for Invoices to capture the data from the PDF so the user does not need to manually type in the vendor bill details. You will provide Abbyy Flexicapture training when our customers report an issue with data capture and provide status updates throughout the process.

Main activities:

• Perform vendor training in Abbyy Flexicapture
• Prepare materials like POC and proof of concept for the sales calls
• Respond to customer cases in a timely manner

Requirements

• You are quick in understanding software applications
• You are reliable and keep your word
• You have a good feeling about languages – many invoices will be in foreign languages. Google translate also helps.
• You have a positive attitude. Our customers often undergo large and complex change projects that can be stressful. You keep your patience
