Data Analyst

Sodexo's Entegra Procurement Services division is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. Entegra Procurement Services provides procurement management for clients in industries including acute, seniors, leisure, hospitality, education and restaurants. How You’ll Make an Impact:  

Reporting to the Entegra Sr Director of Financial Planning and Business Analytics, the Data Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data visualization techniques and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights using Power BI.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize data from various sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and translate them into Power BI solutions.
• Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling to ensure data accuracy and reliability within Power BI.
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate key metrics and insights.
• Implement interactive features and drill-down capabilities in Power BI reports to facilitate deeper data exploration.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports to ensure efficient data processing and visualization.
• Provide training and support to end-users on navigating and utilizing Power BI dashboards effectively.
• Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language.
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Experience working with SQL databases and data querying.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
