Main duties & responsibilities:

• Provide precise and transparent analyses and generate actionable recommendations for enhancing crucial metric

• Present a data-driven viewpoint in discussions and aid in the seamless prioritization of tasks across various teams

• Transforming business requirements into technical specifications and conducting A/B tests, collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate execution

• Proactively develop new analyses, experiments and data-driven tools

• Perform ongoing analysis of data to understand trends and identify associated trend drivers

• Provide weekly and monthly reports and develop & update plans to help the OTO reach its objectives

• Formulate robust hypotheses, autonomously address challenges, and communicate insights through a compelling narrative

• Assess and revise programming code to ensure that reporting remains aligned with evolving business needs

• Promote data culture across the organization

For this role, it is essential that you:

• Bachelor's degree in Data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in Data and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic

• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib for creating clear and informative visual representations of data.

• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools for managing and extracting data from large datasets.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.

• Ability to communicate data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data storytelling

• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Positive attitude and ready to take new challenges

It will be considered a big plus if you:

• Have international experience

• Have previously worked in fast-growing SaaS start-ups

In OTO, we have adopted the Remote Working culture, where we work from home, favorite coffee shop, on the beach, or at an art museum! You can work from anywhere you like. We are results-driven, and you will be surrounded by aggressive achievers. Keep in mind, we are not able to provide a Sponsorship Visa for this role. • No clocking in/out. We don’t believe in micromanagement and our working relationships are based on mutual trust. Having said that, we don’t require our Heroes to clock in and out of work. Of course, this trust relationship works both ways!
