Salary: $50,000 - $68,000 per year

Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our business intelligence and reporting functions. This role involves working with large datasets, building reports, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. A background check and credit screening are required due to access to sensitive business and client data.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and communicate findings
Support leadership with data-driven decision making across departments
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and KPIs

Requirements

High school diploma required; bachelor degree in a related field preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
Familiarity with tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI a plus
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
Must be authorized to work in the United States
