As a Customer Support Lead, you will work remotely to provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly and professionally. The Customer Support Lead plays a key role in developing this ethos by driving customer satisfaction and quick resolution times.

As an Implementation Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client onboarding, resolving issues, and driving successful implementations.

The successful candidate will be based anywhere in Ireland, working remotely from home or from any of our offices in Ireland!

What your day will look like:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via email, phone, and chat
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with payment processing and work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve them
  • Guide clients through the use of our payment processing solutions, ensuring that they are able to use our systems effectively and efficiently
  • Escalate customer issues to management when necessary
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow up on client requests promptly to ensure an exceptional customer experience

About You:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both verbal and written is essential
  • Fluent in German, both verbal and written, is essential
  • Gritty, autonomous, self-motivated, and hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and experience with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Beginner-level technical knowledge and proficiency with computer systems and software
  • Understanding of the basics of payment processing, including knowledge of payment gateways, credit card processing, and e-commerce
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively with technical teams to resolve them
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through changing priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, always-evolving environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Ireland is essential
