About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our players with technical problems, concerns, or questions they might have when playing our game. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn our clients' trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.


What you'll be doing...
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way using email and in-game chat.
  • Monitor the game chat for potential violations and take necessary actions towards players who are violating the rules.
  • Collect data about spotted issues/bugs and pass it on to the development team.
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our team.




Who you are...
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry is a plus.
  • Experience in Zendesk is a plus.
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken).
  • Multi-tasking abilities.
  • Patience when handling tough cases.
  • Willing to work on a US prime timezone which would be on Wed - Sun, 10 AM - 6 PM PST or Wed - Sun, 1 AM - 9 AM Jakarta time.
