Customer Supply Manager

As a Customer Supply Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient supply of our products to our valued customers. 

The purpose of your role:

• Managing the short term (<90 days S&OE) daily/weekly connectivity between sites’ supply teams and central KP’s DHL based Order Management Team to fulfil >98.5% customer supply
• Coordinating daily/weekly grip and control of supply and service within the <90 day horizon, enabling KP Customer Collaboration, Commercial, Demand and Capacity Supply Planning (90+days) Colleagues to work within longer horizons and without service distractions

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
