Job Title: Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and reduce churn.
- Regularly conduct check-in calls and email surveys to monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and continuous support for clients.
- Proactively communicate with clients to address any concerns, provide updates, and ensure their needs are being met.
- Develop customized strategies and action plans for clients, aimed at optimizing their experience and ensuring they derive maximum value from our services.
- Create and present reports on client satisfaction, retention metrics, and strategies to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 yr of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and implement client-focused retention strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience in conducting client check-in calls, email surveys, and analyzing client feedback.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion
- Results-oriented and proactive, with a strong desire to ensure client success and satisfaction.
