Join our journey of growth as a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth while making a positive impact on the planet.

Tasks
  • You will work in a great team and take on full responsibility for 15-20 assigned Enterprise customers
  • You will establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer and drive continued value of our solution and services
  • You will map out customers' "as is" and "to be" business processes with the goal of building joint success plans and identifying and prioritising key use cases and business value drivers
  • Develop and expand your accounts by driving product adoption to ensure value add
  • Foster team collaboration and help increase team expertise
  • Become an internal communications expert, by sharing industry best practices and driving the evolution of Recyda’s product and platform functionality in collaboration with other departments such as Sales, Product, and Marketing.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry (or related business), preferably in the domain of Enterprise Resource Planning or Product Lifecycle Management
  • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
  • Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into business value
  • Strong communication skills including written, analytical, presentation, and verbal with the ability to effectively develop materials that are appropriate to the audience and evangelize key concepts and best practices
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  • Strong customer- and goal-orientation with a high degree of initiative and motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (additional language skills are beneficial)
  • You work in a structured and careful manner and do not lose track of things even under stress
  • Motivation to work in an agile, multi-cultural team and strive for continuous learning and improvement
