Customer Success Manager I

We are seeking a highly dedicated and skilled Loyalty Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Venuetize product, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the client and our internal teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in setting expectations, managing projects, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. 

The ideal candidate will have a background in the sports and entertainment industry.  

The selected candidate will be expected to travel to customer sites approximately 1 week a month.


What Will You Be Doing?
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Venuetize product, managing both support and projects.
  • Proactively communicate changes to clients and internal teams, seeking necessary approvals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of meetings, decisions, and action items.
  • Develop and implement customer programs focused on fostering long-term relationships and engagement.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify goals, define evaluation metrics, and execute product strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate the value of additional Company services.
  • Build strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Provide ongoing product support and share best practices with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to product and process improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between internal support teams and clients, investigating and resolving escalated customer issues.
  • Conduct regular client health checks, assess renewal risk, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful renewals.
  • Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases.



Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the industry.
  • Experience with complex enterprise solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer accounts, develop opportunities, and exceed new business targets.
  • Advanced understanding of Sports and Entertainment industry and Venuetize product lines.
  • Familiarity with product marketing principles and brand image.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. 
  • Project management skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
Computer / Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience working with Mobile technologies

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,000 - $74,600 annually.
