As an effective Customer Success Data Analyst (SQL Data Analyst), you will analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This role involves working with various data sources, conducting in-depth analyses, creating reports and dashboards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute data requests while contributing to customer growth and retention.

Who You Will Be Working With:

This role is multi-disciplinary. You will work closely with the Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality data insights and solutions. You will report directly to VIVIO’s VP of Customer Success.

What You Will Be Doing:

Supporting the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for fulfilling customer and sales prospect data needs using SQL, BI and custom tools.

• Collaborate with the Sales team on the quality control, completion, and presentation of data analysis for prospective customers
• Complete and deliver standardized reporting to existing customers
• Execute and deliver data requests from VIVIO’s customers, their advisors, and vendor partners
• Ensure that customers understand and are satisfied with VIVIO’s reporting, managing follow-up, and answering questions related to data
• Ensure data quality and accuracy within our system and liaise with respective teams to update and maintain master data
• Manage complex client requests in coordination with internal teams
• Coordinate data integration with internal VIVIO teams and vendor partners throughout the implementation process for new customers

The Experience and Characteristics You Will Need (Required):

• 2-3 years of SQL experience, preferably with MySQL
• Understanding of database structures and design
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Quicksight (preferred), PowerBI or Tableau
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Basic knowledge of healthcare data and data standards, especially medical/pharmacy claims (a plus)
• Impeccable communication skills
• Strong aptitude for complex products and solutions
• Extreme attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow with company needs and be flexible to the shifting needs and priorities in the fast-paced customer and sales functions

The Experience We Prefer:

• PBM or pharmacy management experience
• Experience working directly with customers in a data analytics capacity in employee benefits, pharmacy benefits or a related healthcare environment
• Experience working in a HIPAA-compliant environment
• Functional knowledge of the PBM industry
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Base Salary Range- $65K-$80K annually, Plus:
