We will provide all the training you need to grow with the company. We are currently looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Travel Advisor. This is a remote opportunity that can be either part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's availability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients who are booking travel arrangements with you.
- Assist clients with travel inquiries and provide recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities
- Handle booking requests and process payments
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in travel regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and payment processing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays
- Laptop with internet service
