Customer Service Specialist - Airbnb Team

How we work is simple: Concentrix + Webhelp is a business outsourcing company, meaning, we offer our services to other companies to help them handle customer service, finances and other business processes. As our colleague, you will be employed by Concentrix + Webhelp but supporting the clients of Airbnb.

What you will be expected to do is answer different customer inquiries via email or phone in Russian & English and come up with solutions in cooperation with your Team Manager. These can be related to bookings, cancellations, or other lodging-related queries. You'll work in 8 hour long shifts 5 days a week, ranging from 9:00 to 0:00 from Monday to Sunday, giving you a better chance to manage your free time.
