David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company that is seeking to onboard a Customer Service Agent in Spain. The team the employee would join supports customers of a market leader in design and technology of household appliances.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Temporary (2 months), full-time only
Work model: Remote/Work from home from anywhere in Spain
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with clients through incoming telephone calls, emails or social media messages and look for solutions to their difficulties with their orders or devices
- Use leading-edge diagnostic tools and Excel to help guide clients in solving issues with their machines
- In more extenuating circumstances agree and arrange a technician visit or to send
additional/spare parts directly to the clients
- Be on the lookout for opportunities to talk with clients about new and exciting products that are regularly launched into the market as well as existing products (cross-selling and up-selling)
- Be a brand Ambassador by educating customers on the used technology, demonstrating a full understanding of products and brand values
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a fluent level of written and spoken Dutch/Flemish
- Have a good level of English to communicate with international team
- Be based in Catalonia or be willing to relocate without the employer's support in January
- Have all of the right-to-work documentation in place (Passport/ID, EU Bank Account, NIE & Spanish Social Security Number)
- Appreciate excellent customer service – no matter whether it’s a call, email, or social media, offer the customers the best possible experience
- Have good computer skills and experience with MS Office
- Be solution-oriented, well-organised and able to prioritise the workload with the ability to work under pressure
OFFER:
- Fixed-Term 2-Months contract with 1 month probation period
- Full-time position (39 hours per week)
- Rotating schedule Monday - Sunday between 8 AM and 8 PM, 5 days per week
- Two weekends off per month
