Customer Service Assistant with German

We're partnering with a leading BPO consultancy to find a passionate German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Greece! This exciting opportunity offers a flexible work arrangement, allowing you to work remotely from anywhere in Greece or on-site in Athens.

• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, and chat).
• Continuously learn and expand your knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for leading partners, handling basic questions, general inquiries, cancellations, and amendments.
• Utilize appropriate tools and processes to deliver accurate, complete, and valid information.
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience for all interactions.

• Professionally fluent German speaker (both written and spoken)
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
• Previous customer service/support experience
• Car rental experience (preferred)
• Hospitality experience (a plus)
• Passionate about customer service and satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to clearly explain product/service knowledge
